About Us
We are storytellers. Vikram and Kathryn met on opposite sides of the marketing spectrum launching a product for Parkinson’s disease. Vikram came from a traditional medical communications background while Kathryn came from the pharma advertising space.
They both strived to help doctors provide the best care to patients by helping to ensure that the brand differentiators were clear and resonated with clinicians through peer-to-peer (P2P), personal, and nonpersonal promotion.
They would finish each other’s sentences in strategy meetings and built a rapport and friendship that led them to create Point Health, taking their shared passion to build engaging, inspiring, and resonating content backed by real KPIs; brand-focused content; insights that actually drive Rx behavior change; and the ability to turn on a dime when the strategy shifts. Point Health doesn’t just implement tactics, we are true partners. Nothing leaves Point without Vikram and Kathryn’s review.
Our Strategy
For some, adult learning principles is a buzzword, like omnichannel marketing. Not for us. Adult learning principles are a set of guiding concepts and strategies that are specifically designed to enhance one’s learning experiences. We recognize that HCPs, like all adults, have unique characteristics, needs, and motivations. Our approach is experiential. Our content is facilitated rather than just didactically presented. These principles can help optimize the learning process.

Self-Directed Learning
We’re more inclined to be motivated and engaged when we have control over the learning process. We have a monthly curriculum-based P2P offering that does just this, putting HCPs in the active role, setting goals and designing their own learning paths.
Beyond this, our team learns just as your HCPs do. We go to speaker programs, attend local/regional and national/international conferences, participate in continuing medical education, and more. We don’t just go by what we can reference on PubMed. We get real insights and can validate our assumptions with our team of HCP consultants.
